SPOILER ALERT: In the new retro-James Bond, Secret Agent 007 novel, "Devil May Care" the villain uses the Caspian Sea Monster Wing-In-Ground (WIG) effect seaplane to smuggle drugs to attack the people of Great Britain and the West.
