Good Night, Knight has a tale told as long as time. A noble knight comes face to face with the captures responsible for imprisoning a distressed princess in need of a savior. The knight conquers all his adversaries and with merely a blade in one hand, banishes the evil that stands before him. The princess is rescued and the knight lives his days happily ever after as the hero he became.

That story would be nice if true, but this knight can’t seem to recall anything at all. Instead, you awake as the armored knight in a red cape falling from an endless spire that reaches far past the clouds. Below not only lies the ground (given you survive the fall), but hopefully answers as to what is going on! Take on the evils that the spire holds and climb the tower in RedEmbers humorous dungeon-crawling indie RPG Good Night, Knight.

Upon reaching the ground (spoiler, you survive the fall), Good Night, Knight almost immediately establishes itself as a humorous parody of medieval tales. From spins on cliche “quest-givers” to satiric achievements, this title doesn’t shy away from a joke. You are informed that you are a “Holy Diver”, a member of an elite group of knights responsible for scaling the floors of the spire. Your task is simple, battle through the floors of the tower while repairing its elevator as you go. The elevator repair is vital for the survival of the weak looking to escape the dangers that loom through the spires corridors, but more importantly sets save points for you to revisit in the future.
