RAREST ACCORD | 2014 Honda Accord PLUG-IN HYBRID Review

With only 1,039 total US units sold between 2013-15, it's easy for this to be the rarest Accord on the roads. What are your thoughts on the Accord Plug-In? Someone at work mentioned these were only sold to gather extended Hybrid data and intended to have all been turned in (like the EV1). This one might have evaded the buybacks being out of the original purchase states of NY & CA.
