Audience favourite Dina lvanova gave a powerful, magical and diabolic interpretation of Totentanz" - Trouw Pianist Dina lvanova (b. 1994, Ryazan, Russia) has won prizes in various competitions, including second prize at the Liszt Competition in Weimar, second prize at the Ricardo Vines Competition in Spain, an Honorary Mention Award at the Paderewski Competition in Poland, and the Artist Recognition Award at the International Keyboard Festival in New York. She also received a Junior Jury award at Busoni piano competition in Balzano (2021 ). In 2017, Dina won the audience award and third prize from the jury during the Liszt Competition in Utrecht.In 2023 she won first prize at Domenico Scarlatti competition in Trapani.Dina started taking piano lessons from her mother at the age of four. She studied at the Central Music School in Moscow and the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow under Alexander Mndoyants and at the Hochschule fur Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar under Professor Grigory Gruzman.As of April 2022, she is studying under Pr. Kirill Gerstein at the Hochschule fur Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. In 2021 she received a scholarship of Carl Bechstein Foundation and took part in Verbier academy. Dina is also a part of Lieven Foundation in Vienna. In 2022 she made her debut performances with Beethoven 5 piano concerto at Berliner Philarmonie. As a soloist, she has also performed with the Thuringer Philharmonie and the Israel Symphony Orchestra, among others. As part of the Career Development Programme offered by Utrecht's Liszt Piano Competition, Dina was engaged in an extensive concert tour as a soloist, including concerts with the Rotterdam philarmonic orchestra ,Korean Symphony Orchestra in Seoul and the KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra in Durban, South Africa among others; as well as recitals in South America, the United States, Russia, South Africa and Europe. Dina has also recorded work by composer Sergei Lyapunov for the multiyear cd project Anthology of Russian Music and few CDs " Symbiosis" and "The Boulanger legacy" with Dutch violinist Merel Vercammen.ln 2021 She recorded an album "Dimensions" with Russian cellist Ivan Skanavi. dinaivanova.com
