One of our neighbours to old park farm airfield ( corner of the housing estate runway 12) approached us with a request. He asked if we could do a birthday flight for his girlfriend as he wanted to propose to her.
He had a banner made with WILL YOU MARRY ME on it.
He seen her take off with Chris and rushed back to his garden where the family was and put the banner out in his garden.
The weather wasn’t the best on the morning of the flight. We did think we would have to cancel . Luckily the low cloud lifted enough for us to do a quick flight to porthcawl and then over there garden to see the proposal.
