Measurements:

1st Base :-
• 2 circles of 7cm radius
draw 6cm radius circle on it
cut it half
make cuts on outer border of circle and fold it

• Thick paper strip of 4cm
and paste on outer border of circle which you fold it

2nd Base :-
• 2 circles of 5cm radius
draw 4cm radius circle on it
cut it half
make cuts on outer border of circle and fold it

• Thick paper strip of 3.5cm
and paste on outer border of circle which you fold it

3rd Base :-
• 2 circles of 3cm radius
draw 2cm radius circle on it
cut it half
make cuts on outer border of circle and fold it

• Thick paper strip of 2.5cm
and paste on outer border of circle which you fold it

PAPER ROSE :-
• take circle of radius 2cm and cut in spiral and roll it
For top of the cake take circle of radius 3cm
I paste (12 red and 11 white) roses
