Today I’m sharing my full day pregnancy diet – what I eat in a day during pregnancy, along with some important tips for nausea, bloating, and why pregnant women eat multiple small meals instead of big meals. Recently when I posted my food routine on Instagram, a few people asked, ‘How can anyone eat so many times?’

But actually, during pregnancy our body changes so much — digestion slows down, acidity increases, hunger comes in small gaps, and every pregnancy is completely different. That’s why small, frequent meals keep us energetic, reduce nausea, and help digestion. So I’ll also explain a little about that throughout the video.

In today’s pregnancy meal routine, I’m sharing:

Morning soaked dry fruits
Honey lemon sabja water
Baked banana oatmeal breakfast
Coconut water
Persimmon fruit snack
Lunch: Sprouted green gram potato curry, rice & salad
Curry leaf buttermilk
Evening snack: Fruits & peanut chikki
Turmeric milk
Dinner: Chapati with green gram curry & Egg

All these meals are simple, clean, homemade, and perfect for pregnancy.
