One pot rassam rice🍚❤️

It’s a perfect meal for these cold winter evenings, when you’re craving something hot and comforting. It’s so peppery that it’s sure to open up your sinuses, helping your body fight that infection💪

Ingredients I used:
Crush together coarsely:
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp cumin seeds

For rassam rice:
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
crushed garlic paste
green chillies as preferred
2 to 3 Kashmiri red chillies
few curry leaves
2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp pepper powder (if preferred)
1 tsp rassam powder
tamarind pulp (one marble sized tamarind ball soaked in hot water for 15 mins)
small piece of jaggery
coriander leaves, finely chopped
