Catch more trout on small blobs

As the season goes on the trout can become more tricky and I find they come short on big blobs and fabs. Most people will scale down and tie on a smaller hook but I keep the same size 10 and tie my blobs short and the success is ridiculous.

The trout seem to be much more aggressive and confident in taking these smaller profile blobs and because they are on a bigger hook my experience is I hook more fish (and land them)

Try tying all of your favourite colour variations on a size ten and see what results you get.
