Daphne Quay your Boss Lady Realtor here in Austin, TX. In today's video, we're going to explore one of my absolute favorite neighborhoods in Central Austin, the Mueller neighborhood. Mueller is full of vibrant colored homes, activities, and fun people.

One of the great things about Mueller is it feels like a small community tucked away within Austin. It's got great shops, beautiful homes, parks, and a beautiful lake within walking distance of everything.

Most of the homes here are what's considered garden-style homes. They have large square footage, but tiny yards, and are spaced close to one another. Many homes would be considered condo homes.

Construction of the Mueller community began in the early 2000s. The homes are usually brightly colored with blue and green colors as the primary color of homes with contrasting trims.

Mueller has many amenities that make it unique to Austin. They have several shops, a food truck park, walking trails, outdoor exercise stations, playgrounds for kids, and a beautiful lake filled with ducks and geese. Just walking around there is so much natural beauty and wildlife, but you're still within your home community.

Mueller has a unique shopping area that is still growing. They have a very cool, Halcyon coffee shop, an Irish Pub, and an ice cream parlor. Unique to Mueller is the Children's Science Museum. Which adds to its family-friendly atmosphere.
