Sonmarg or Sonamarg is a very popular place among tourist. It shows you both the greenery of Kashmir and the dryness of Ladakh. Its the gateway town between Srinagar and Leh.

Here one have two options either to visit Thajiwas Glacier or to visit Zojila Pass Zero Point and explore further into Ladakh.

We visited Zero point and it was an astounding experience. We ejoyed both the journey as well as the destination tourist spots.
