Rack Railway Diakopto-Kalavrita, Trains Between Kerpini and Zachlorou.(17/11/2013)

Trains at Diakopto-Kalavrita line of the unique Hellenic Rack Railway. Scenes between the little station of Kerpini (18+200km) and Zachlorou/Mega Spileo (12+600km). A very beautiful route with lots of trees and with visible autumn marks throughout the landscape. This part of the line is more ''mild'' than the part between Zachlorou and Niamata which is full of steep cliffs and ''rough'' rocks with less trees. Narrow gauge (750mm) Stadler DMUs ''BDmh 2Z+4A/12'' type built in 2007 are servicing the line since 2009.
