No, I did not make this.
As of writing this (2019), I haven’t played with mods in over a year so I’m unsure if this mod is still downloadable. Check one of my other videos that have the links in the description.

The horn and sounds, skins, train physics are all separate mods you download.
The “graphics” mod I was using was some variant of REDUX.
