When it comes to getting married or committing to a civil partnership, our registration service team are passionate about helping to make every event as unique and special as the couple it celebrates. They help ensure the big day is tailored to your wishes and full of unforgettable moments – as well as being there to support couples through the entire legal process. In the latest episode of our ‘Registering Key Life Moments’ series, we showcase the work of the Hampshire Ceremonies team and their responsibility for ensuring that all is present and correct for the ceremony and, crucially, that the legal documentation is completed without error.

Over the last year they processed around 11,000 notices of couples’ intentions to get married or begin a civil partnership. When the day came for them to tie the knot, they led the ceremonies and finalised the registration for around 5,500 couples. Watch to see how they bring attention to detail to every ceremony they perform.
