This video shows my Arc 3.0 PvP build that allows you nearly 1 shot melee people, and if done correctly, get the 1 shot while shooting your special weapon. I show the aspects for each class as well as the fragments and mods I recommend. I did record the footage before the resilience fixes, but that should have little impact in PvP and would only make this more viable today. Please excuse my poor PvP abilities :)
