For Dough:
2 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
Water as needed

For stuffing
1 Tsp oil
1 Tbsp crushed coriander
1 Tbsp crushed fennel seeds
1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
2 Pinch asafoetida
Chopped ginger
Chopped green chilli
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 Cup green peas
1/2 Cup chopped paneer
Salt according to taste
5 Pcs Boiled potatoes
1/2 Tsp black salt
1 Tsp chaat masala
1 Tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp of Aamchur Powder

For slurry
2 Tbsp corn flour
2 Tbsp ghee
