Steps
1. Fix amount for SIP. Eg: 3000 ₹.
2. Look for stocks with a minimum of 100% returns on SIP for the last 5 years period in Nifty 500 stocks as only good stocks will appear,
3. Check stocks that are less than 150 rs, so you will get a good quantity.
4. Check charts on the monthly time frame for price action, change % from returns from 52 weeks low at least 70 to 80% from 52 week low
5. Check fundamentals like promoters holding greater than 50%, promoters pledge is less than 20%, whether FII DII are invested, good quarterly results
6. Select 1 to 2 stocks for a sip. Keep separate Demat ac for trading & sip so don't go frequently there & do sip on 1st day of month irrespective of price.
7. Exit criteria
A. If we get 60 to 100% returns then take out the capital and keep only profit shares. With the capital amount, start invest in some other stock, repeat again 1-6 steps.
B. If stock breaks below 200 ma or major support in monthly/weekly time frame, then exit
