How to bake Almond Ricotta Cheese Cake

I show how to make a cake with ricotta cheese in the batter. It isn't a cheesecake, it's a cake. I'd never heard of this dessert. The recipe was given to me by a fan from Italy. It also uses almonds. I added golden raisins I soaked in rum. Other ingredients include eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon juice and zest, buttermilk, flour, and baking soda. I put sliced almonds on top of the batter before baking and I garnished the cake with powdered sugar when serving. The flavor is light and delicious.
