In this video I’m showing you how to fix a dead on arrival battery from hart tools. Basically these batteries sat in a warehouse for months and drained down to 0%. The chargers aren’t made to charge them from 0 up just like DEWALT, Makita, etc… I’ve done this many times before instead of buying a new $100 battery and they work good as new every time.
