The driving and coupled wheels for this model locomotive are in a bit of a state. In this episode we find out whether they can be repaired or if they are scrap.
Building this model steam engine in 2 1/2 inch gauge, Dyak (an LBSC design) continues as the wheels are reworked to fix the mis-aligned and oversized holes and the incorrect dimensions are re-worked to the right size. There is a fair chance they cannot be recovered but I will give it my best shot. Some interesting techniques are used along with good old glue (well, of a type).
Hopefully these can be rescued as starting the wheels again not only takes time but a fair chunk of cash into the bargain!
