Today marks the ninth round for Season 10 of the SimRacing International (SRi) GT3 Championship as brought to you on iRacing with this broadcast focused on Split B!

We bring our American triple-header to a close in the penultimate round of the season at Road America. Opened in 1955, the 4.04 mile circuit has retained the same 14 corner layout over its extensive 70 year history, and with it its penchant for generating full-throttle racing action. Consisting of numerous extended straights; packed corner sequences; and hair-raising sweepers, every lap around this course shall feel rewarding when done right thereby making victory come the chequered flag feel all that more sweeter!

In the PRO class, Steven Codman could become champion elect today with his third place finish at Sebring advancing his advantage to 152 points. Trying to keep the title fight alive is Nick Stubbe whose determined drive to second place last round has enabled him to break away from the rest of the chasing pack and focus on hunting down Codman. Will Codman seal his status in the history books today? Or can Stubbe make the fight go to the finale?

In the EVO class, an absolutely perfect performance from Steve Rubino last round has seen him reassert his status as title-favourite and with it increase his lead to 100 points. The extremely consistent Jan Nagy sits in second with a run of three second place finishes keeping his hopes alive. However, should Rubino finish ahead of Nagy today, it could all be over before we head to Japan. Can Rubino make it happen? Or will Nagy put on his own magical display?
