Recently, SEBI did a board meeting and discussed few agendas around Retail traders. Some of these points included Finfluencers regulations, Technical Glitches by the exchange, Selection of stocks for options trading and a lot more.

For instance, stockbrokers and other related entites will not be allowed to work with a specific set of finfluencers. But there are loopholes in this new rule. We discuss these in detail in this video

Furthermore, there was a penalty rule applied by SEBI back in 2021 on the exchange in case of any technical glitch. That penalty rule seems to be rolled back by the regulator now. Does that even make sense?
