It looks like Robinhood is STILL terrible. What a surprise...

I left Robinhood in March this year after the 2nd time the app crashed on an important day. One of my biggest complaints is the lack of customer service despite Robinhood being a major player in the stock investment market.

I've been watching the app since then in a hope to later use it as a backup brokerage once it matures. I only recently found out about the hacking incident and Robinhood's lack of customer service exacerbating an already terrible problem even more.

Let's talk about it.
