Instagram:   / the_anxious_investor   Warren Buffet is the ultimate investor! I think we can all agree on that & although he doesn’t need the extra millions it was interesting to hear him talk about renting Vs buying a home when it comes to making money.

Most people think renting is a waste of money, and that is one of the most ill-advised statements today. Of course, for some, it may well be, if you have zero intention of putting your money elsewhere. But for some, it could be the difference between being flexible, starting a business, investing and living of dividends or income from rental properties.

Either way, it’s always an individual's choice, but it’s always amusing to me when I see matter-of-fact answers. Everyone is so sure of their opinions and perspectives without really looking at the other side.

This post however isn’t to persuade you one way or another. Do what makes you feel best, financially, emotionally, and mentally. But don’t assume that there can’t be two sides to the argument either.
