How to make white sauce pasta
Today’s recipe is pasta recipe which is very famous around the world “white sauce pasta “ this is my version of this recipe 💕let’s start the recipe.(Italian flavour white sauce pasta .
Ingredient :-
1. Cooked pasta = 2 cups
2. Bell pepper= 1 cup(slice)
3. Ingredient for white sauce:-
1. Oil = 2 tbsp
2. Butter = 2 tbsp
3. Cream cheese= 2 tbsp
4. Shredded cheese = 1 cup
5. Salt & black pepper powder=!as per taste
6. Italian seasoning = 1 tbsp
7. Corn flour / all purpose flour = 4 tbsp
8. Milk = 1 cup
Method for white sauce:-
1. Heat the oil add butter then add flour and stir and cook for 4-5 minutes until you get the toasty smell.
2. Lower the heat then add room temperature milk ,mix well & cook until no lumps remain .
3. Add salt ,pepper and mix well.
4. Add cream cheese and mix well then add Italian seasoning and mix well .
5. Turn off the heat and start adding shredded cheese and mix well while stirring constantly until all the cheese melt and we’ll combine into the sauce .
Mixing:-
1. Firs heat oil and stir fry bell pepper then add cooked pasta and stir fry well ,
2. Add pasta into the prepared cheesy white sauce and mix very well .
Broiling:-
1. Pour cooked pasta in you desire baking dish and top with shredded cheese and seasoning (optional) and broil on high heat until you get the golden colour and Cheese melt completely .
Note :- serve hot with any kind of salad or baked chicken or ass it is.
