Sugar Swan Figurines Cake Topper Tutorial

Hi everyone!
I hope you enjoy this tutorial of my sugar swans. I first made these figurines years ago for another cake and loved them. I've upgraded them a little but kept them simple enough to follow. They really are easier than they look and you don't need that many tools. which is great! If you don't have the peony cutters just some plain petal cutters will do or you can even hand cut the gum paste.

They make a gorgeous topper for a wedding cake, you could make just one for a christening/baby shower or maybe go the full hog and do seven swans a-swimming for a Christmas cake! Oh and they also make a super pretty Christmas ornament if you use modelling clay!
