This week Hudson County Executive Craig Guy cut the ribbon on the County’s latest public mural, located at Ocean and Bidwell Avenues in Jersey City. The hope is that the mural will delight and inspire visitors to the new community garden there. The mural and garden were created through a partnership that included the JCPD POBA, the JDCPD's South District, the City of Jersey City spearheaded by Hudson County's Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs/Tourism Development.
