Kujirai Ramen | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe | Cooks in 15 Minutes

What is kujirai ramen? Kujirai ramen is a recipe that appeared in a comic strip (or manga). This recipe produces ramen that is dry (no soup) with runny eggs and melted cheese. To achieve the runny egg, we had to intervene with the cooking process at the 10 minutes mark. If we had added the egg right at the beginning, we would have ended up with a hard boiled egg instead. You can add the egg earlier to get a less runny egg. The amount of the flavor pack to add is around half a pack. I prefer it more spicy so I added 3/4 of the pack instead. The melted cheese makes the ramen taste really good and should not be omitted. I have added mini sausages here but feel free to change it up to ham or whatever you like. Just make sure it will cook in 15 mins. Soaking the noodles allow us to fit it in the itaki easily. Just do not soak it for too long. Do give this recipe a try and hope you enjoy it.
