Today’s vlog is just as the title says: lots of art and much needed self care! As I mention in the video, I struggle to take care of myself and the past few weeks I have been forcing myself to carve out time to recalibrate my mind and WOW! What a difference! I would like to encourage you all to find how that helps you SLOW DOWN. Whether it’s hiking, reading, crocheting, whatever it is- disconnect from the world, the hustle and bustle to give yourself a chance to process emotions in your body.
