I am SO excited to bring this video to you all. If you are familiar with our other Videos, you know that a lot of our Trips are to Cayo Costa State Park, which is just west of Cape Coral, Florida and Pine Island, Florida. Cayo Costa is a boat access only State Park island located just minutes away from Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and Pine Island here in Southwest Florida. Along with seeing several Manatees, Dolphins, Pelicans and more, we explore the entire island from north to south, to show you all what the different parts of the Island are like, so that you can better plan you next trip here and relax and explore this amazing island! Cayo Costa State Park is one of our favorite beach trips in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda area. Since it is boat accessible only, you can get a huge chuck of the island to yourself, and feel like you are on an 'Old Florida Deserted Island'. This is what Florida looked like 400+ years ago. I am hopeful that you will be able to use this video as a reference in the future before heading out to Cayo Costa.
