I had a pretty cool experience a couple of weeks ago in recognizing my own submodalities and I thought I would take a moment to share...

I was sitting down at dinner with a colleague one evening after the International NLP Conference and I was describing a 'peak experience' that I had.

As I was telling him this story I continued to go deeper into this experience of connection & oneness and I began to noticed that my visual field was shifting.

My vision was becoming more 'high definition'. Even though I was looking at the same environment things seemed more rich, more vivid, more authentic, more 'real'.

It was a truly wonderful experience.

There is a lot that can be learned, that can be modeled from an experience like this, and I wonder what you are aware of as I tell this story?

If nothing else, I hope that you can become more aware of your internal representations and get in touch with some of the peak experiences of your life as you move out into a more resourceful future.
