A car crash, U.K, 1960s. A close up on the crumpled front bumper and smashed windscreen of a red Mini Cooper that has crashed on the side of the road. The other car involved in the crash sits in the middle of the road. A woman, driving past, jumps out of her car to help with the accident victims. View inside of a family car, they slow down and stop as they approach the incident. Smoke billows out of the smashed bonnet of one of the crashed cars, the driver is slumped over the steering wheel. The woman runs to the car and hails them down to ask for their help. The driver of the family car gets out to help with crash. The son, sitting in the back seat, pulls out an advance warning triangle. One of the passengers in the crashed Mini Cooper is helped out of her car. The father and son help the victims in the other car. The son puts a fire out under the bonnet using a small fire extinguisher. The youngest son runs down the road and sets down the advance warning triangle and hails down a truck to warn the driver of the accident ahead. The husband and wife help carry one of the drivers out of the car, he is injured and bleeding, he is laid down on the side of the road.
