आज हम बनाएंगे आधा कप सूजी से बहुत ही टेस्टी नाश्ता, जो बच्चों को इतना पसंद आएगा कि मैगी और पास्ता तक भूल जाएंगे! जल्दी बनने वाली इस रेसिपी को ज़रूर ट्राई करें। 👨🍳
*🛒 Ingredients:*
For Suji Dough:
Adha cup barik suji
Ek cup paani
Adha tsp ghee (ya oil)
Adha tsp chili flakes
Thoda sa namak
Do tbsp hara dhaniya
Adha tsp ajwain (crushed)
For Masala:
2-3 tbsp refined oil
Adha tsp jeera
2 pinch hing
1 tsp grated garlic
3 hari mirch (optional)
1 medium-sized pyaz (barik kata)
1/4 cup matar (fresh ya frozen)
2 tbsp gajar (barik kati)
2 tbsp shimla mirch (barik kati)
1 bade size ka tamatar (barik kata)
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 packet Maggi Magic Masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder (ya chaat masala)
1/4 tsp lal mirch powder
Swad anusar namak
*📋 Method:*
1. Ek pan mein paani garam karein aur ghee, chili flakes, namak aur hara dhaniya milayein.
2. Paani mein ubal aane ke baad, ajwain daal kar mix karein.
3. Dheere-dheere suji add karein aur lagatar chalate hue pakaayein jab tak paani sukh na jaye.
4. Suji ko thanda hone dein, haath mein tel laga kar chikna dough tayar karein.
5. Dough ko chhoti-chhoti goliyan mein kaat kar masala ke saath pakaayein.
6. Masala ke liye jeera, hing, lehsun, hari mirch, aur pyaz ko halka bhunein.
7. Matar, gajar, shimla mirch, aur tamatar mila kar masale aur pani ke saath cook karein.
8. Suji ke balls add karein aur 3-4 minute ke liye slow flame par pakaayein.
*✨ Tips:*
Suji ke dough ko acchi tarah malsein takki wo chikna aur soft ho jaye.
Pani ki matra apni pasand ke hisaab se adjust karein agar gravy thick ya thin chahiye.
Bacchon ke liye mirch kam karein ya skip karein.
