When my search I was looking for more affordable chamber chiller. I came across the world's smallest leaf blower ($10.00) on Amazon. It has a USB power connection. The power source is a power pack with 22000 milliamp battery. I have used this during load development. It was used approximately 22-24 times at 5-7 minutes intervals. On the last stretch of load development it was left on for about 10 minutes.

The purpose of this video is to compare it to the video link in the description below. I think this is a more affordable and better option to cool down the chamber during rifle shooting.
The youtuber in the video used a scale at grn measurements to compare the wind pressure exiting the chillers. The chaimber chiller maxed out at 24.4 grn of wind pressure.

The leaf blower with the black attachment reached 79.2 grn of wind pressure.
Without the attachment the Leaf blower maxed out at 140.2 grn of wind pressure.
