Hey, it's Jim. Today we’re doing a housing price analysis in Phoenix Arizona. I searched for a simple land price index. And I found American Enterprise Institute where you’ll see the historical land price indicators. So they have data from one from 1984 all the way to 2018.

One of the things we can do is compare each data set against one another to see if one is maybe leading the other. If one is going first, that might give us some insight. So if we see that, for example, home prices are generally moving before the land price, and then we see that home prices have run up, and now they're starting to crash. But land prices are still high. It might tell us that land prices might be about to crash.
