RGENerationX's production department made this promotional video for the band, Johnny Pipe. Johnny Pipe is a five-piece Alternative/Metal/Rock coverband from Toms River, NJ. The band was formed in the year 2000 and has been playing the local circuit ever since. The video was shot in October of 2006 and drew close to 100 people over the club's maximum legal capacity. This was a result of great word of mouth as well as the combination of promotion and popularity of both RGENerationX and Johnny Pipe. Rather than simply making a promo video showing the band in a straight on performance, Joseph Negra storyboarded and had it shot and cut more like a live action music video to give it more feel and punch. The entire piece as well as the whole evening's performance was captured by only a single camera. This promotional video is the first of RGENerationX's branching out into consumer production.
