Here is a Story of the God Consiousness of the saint from Karnataka - KanakaDasa. This is the story where the Guru Vyaasatheertha showed others that KanakaDasa was a God Consious person and that his caste did not matter in his spiritual endeavor.

Kanakadasa is a very well known saint hailing from Karnataka in India. He was a saint, poet and composer. His songs are sung to this day in Carnatic Music concerts.
