2. Eligibility. The drawing is open to all natural persons who are residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. You will be excluded from the drawing if winning will result in you violating the Oak Harvest gift policy. The drawing is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Sponsor. The drawing is sponsored by Oak Harvest Financial Group, located at 920 Memorial City Way, Suite 150, Houston TX 77024.
4. Agreement to rules. Participation in the drawing constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify an entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this drawing, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements.
