In this workout, you are training with Lindsey Wehseler; group fitness instructor and Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University. As a former level 9 gymnast and elite CrossFit competitor, she knows how to train both the body and the mind.
Through her own experiences overcoming an eating disorder that took her from an anorexic gymnast to the obese BMI category, she learned how to heal her relationship with food and overtraining—finding a healthy balance while placing as the 19th fittest woman in the world in the CrossFit Open and competing in 5 regional championships.
