Aizume & students from Uppsala Danscenter 6/6-24 - FCBD Style improvisation

Aizume Dance Collective & Berenike's students from Uppsala Danscenter performing together at the Multicultural Association's national day celebration in the city garden on June 6th -24. Everything is improvised apart from a very simple structure.

The dancers overall experience of FCBD Style varies a lot in this set. None of us is very experienced with working with chorus as we are not spoiled with being enough dancers for that up here, so this semester the chorus formation was introduced and worked on. Aizume (Siri & Berenike) have also been playing a lot with passings with the Matador, a step from Devi Mamak, and some of the variations can be seen here. Also a step Berenike put together from the Flamenco triangle (a step by April Erzetich) and the Double Turn by Devi - the Flamenco Triangle Double Turn!
