COMBAT KNIFE - Demo CS

Combat Knife is one of the many punk bands coming out of Olympia nowadays. I wouldn't say that they're the best of the bunch, but they're like, REALLY fuckin' good.

The tape has a real grungy start and growling vocals, something that is very foreign to hardcore punk bands. But regardless of the pre-fabricated beliefs of what this band will be like, this demo picks up into some surprisingly good dark n' heavy hardcore punk riffs and beats. It sounds like some sort of sick hybrid genre to me, but I hate getting into technicalities like that, so whatever. It's hardcore punk, roll with it.
