This is both the boss fight video for the Quacho Queen as well as the guide for getting the Accursed Man-Thing trophy! This trophy requires you to land a killing blow on the Quacho Queen with Lann. As far as I can tell (after failing it once while stacked), he DOES need to be unstacked for it to work. The trophy will pop up after you've cleared out all the battle stuff and start into the cutscenes after the fight. The fight isn't hard other than her Extreme Bomber.

This trophy is NOT missable, the storyline fight is just the earlier you can do it. Later on in the game you can return to her chamber and challenge her to another fight (and also Imprism her).
