Actually don't use Arriet s1 will get faster clear time but since it's her showcase so... I used it in case someone want to hear her voiceline.

Her FLB is made for Harp-specialty team so her best team is Wind-Harp team but outside of Harp team she may not that interesting to you as she isn't made to be universal character.

What she got from this updated

1. Her CA now having dispel effect and reset s2 CD
Dispel on CA? auto dispel is always welcome for FA especially in GW, reset s2 CD will make your stackable buff reaching max faster and having 100% uptime of Gauge Gain Up buff

2. s1 give Triple Strike if targeted ally is harp-specialty
Great skill on manual play, you can use this to do more dmg in single turn or canceling Omen. The fact that won't use in FA almost have no effect in her performance

3. s2 change 30% ATK buff to Stackable ATK and DEF Up from rebalance and at FLB will also grants Stackable DATA Buff
DEF Up is welcome for helping on reduce dmg taken, if your MC use Rising Force class with Everlasting Bonds in full harp team then DATA buff won't help much cuz you your whole team already have 100% TA Rate unless you're debuffed by DATA Down. But for non Rising Force with Everlasting Bonds like your MC is Lumberjack then this DATA buff will make your MA rate more reliable. Only downside of this skill is they're dispellable

4. s3 raise all foe's Tune lvl by 1 added and ATK&DEF Down debuff base success rate increased
Tune is added to match with Harp characters that having interact with this debuff like Caro, Cantate and Sefira. ATK&DEF Down debuff from this skill having side as MC's Miserable Mist so they can't be stack and thus this skill have higher base success rate so your MC likely don't need Miserable Mist anymore, still in FA GW I gonna still keep Miserable Mist for debuff boss in difference timing in case of debuff reset as we seen in previous GW that NM250 reset debuff when enter OD and 50% trigger. But I don't know why at late 2024 they still keep Mode Bar Cut buff.

5. s4 added, reset other skill CD and gain permanent buff "Armonia Misteriosa" which have effect that deal 2-hit skill dmg upon Wind Harp-specialty do normal attack and heal+debuff remove upon foe use special attack. Having 10 turns standby and 1-turn cut to this skill's standby upon Wind Harp-specialty do multi attack
You may think s4 with standby again? we often see this kind of s4 nowaday in FLB blah blah blah. But calm down this one isn't bad cuz in full harp team this skill is likely to ready on 4th turn and this skill having worthy permanent buff that give her auto nuke on Wind Harp-specialty normal attack and Birdsong of Balmy Breeze (Lumberjack's skill) at home for debuff remove after foe using special attack which good in FA and with Lucifer main or support will mean you can remove 2 debuffs upon foe using special attack

6. rework 1st passive to Boost to Wind allies' Wind ATK based on foe's Tune lvl and take effect even she is sub ally
I don't sure how much effect of this buff but take effect even she is sub ally mean even you don't frontline her, she still have buff to your team

7. 2nd passive added. Wind echo to Wind Harp-specialty based on their number of buffs (up to 20%)
free echo from passive, it's good why not?

Overall, she is interesting FLB in Wind Harp team but outside of that is no, she also can be used in Dark Rapture Zero raid in Rising Force + Katzelia + Catura team, and due she can giving Triple Strike to Harp-specialty characters so she is another alternative aside from Caro and Siete to cancel 2nd Labor without rely on red apple (still 000 on 4th Labor). Sadly I don't have both Caro and Cantate for Wind Harp team which may performance better in GW. Lastly I will said again that I don't understand why Cygame still keep Mode Bar Cut buff on her at late 2024
