War Thunder's ULQ Problem

War Thunder has a lot of gimmicks that people use to gain even the slightest advantage. Bushes, abuse of sound mechanics / mods, overpowered vehicles, and outright hacks are a few. Abuse of the Ultra Low Quality (ULQ) graphics preset is probably the most prevalent. ULQ drastically affects how game objects render, making cover and concealment utterly useless in a lot of cases. It also makes tanks easier to see in general. If it's so easy to abuse, why haven't Gaijin done anything about it?
