Steps:

Open up the instagram app and tap on your user icon from the bottom right corner of the homepage.

Then tap on the three horizontal lines button in the top right corner.

Tap on ‘settings’ from the menu that appears.

In settings, tap ‘privacy’

Scroll down and tap on ‘Blocked accounts’

Here is the list of all the accounts you have blocked.

If you would like to unblock an account, simply tap on ‘unblock’ and then tap ‘unblock’ again on the popup.

That account will now be unblocked and they will be able to see your posts and follow you again.
