When the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ traveled from Madinah to Makkah to perform Umrah, he and those who traveled with him were stopped by the Quraysh and prevented from visiting the Ka’bah.

Additionally, they were presented a treaty to sign whose terms were heavily slanted against them. The Prophet ﷺ signed it in spite of the obvious unfairness. Why?
