Meet Michael Miller - I am a Leadership Trainer and a Consultant traveling about 300 nights a year to organizations and universities around the United States.

When you work with me there are probably three things you need to know about me:

1. I'm born and raised in the Bronx in New York City. So, like most New Yorkers I tend to be loud and the more excited I get the louder it gets. Also, I betray not only my New Yorker but my Italian American heritage, and I talk with my hands, so I hope you can bear with me.

2. I'm really enthusiastic and energetic, and I think you can tell that at this moment. But what I'm really enthusiastic about is the opportunity to support and assist organizations in helping themselves to improve, change and grow.

3. Lastly, I want all my sessions to be FUN and meaningful. I view it as an equation: FUN + meaningful = ME + your organization and your staff.
