It looks like Macallan is headed for Mexico next for their Distil Your World series in collaboration with one of the world's best restaurants El Celler de Can Roca, operated by the Roca brothers in Girona, Spain. This is the third edition of Macallan's Distil Your World, with previous cities featured including London and New York. Each edition has featured a trip shared between a Macallan whiskymaker and one of the Roca brothers to a country of choice that inspires the flavors emphasised in the edition.
