One thing they don't tell you about adulting is how the fun things you want to do sneak up on you. Entire seasons. Summer doesn't start here for another week, and to be honest, we've had a string of cool nights that feel exactly right for Spring. But mentally, it's summer. As a creative freelancer, it's a weird time of year because normal schedules start to fluctuate - some businesses take abreak and some are just getting started for fall - others pitched holiday concepts months ago. In this VLOG, I'm still trying to figure out how mindfulness works with my schedule and business, especially when I want to do more or slow down.
