How to Make Sabzeh for Nowruz Persian New year

Nowruz, also spelled, Norooz, Norouz means ‘new day,’ and it is the celebration of the first day of spring. Sabzeh is actually one of the first things to prepare for Nowruz because it takes a few weeks for the buds to grow to the right height. Sabzeh is the symbol of rejunvination and new life and it is one of the ever present items on this very ancient ceremony.
This video is a tutorial for growing Sabzeh. I have been using this technique in the recent years and it has worked every time.
